Job Interview Checklist

Getting called for a job interview is so exciting! Until you think about the interview itself. Job interviews are one of the more…unnatural situations in terms of communication. It’s one sided, you’re talking about yourself, your being assessed but the criteria can feel a bit fuzzy. I don’t think anyone enjoys them. Luckily, what I do enjoy is helping people prepare for them.

There is basically no other kind of assessment that you would walk into without a bit of practice. But people often avoid job interview prep. I think it’s because it’s uncomfortable and they don’t know where to start. Whatever the reason, having a checklist to work through can be really helpful when you’re feeling overwhelmed. And if you are still feeling like you’d like some more support, I offer one-to-one job interview preparation sessions.
